Played SIMS when it first came out in the first edition and became addicted. Couldnt wait to get home from work to see what they got up to since I left it running all day on normal speed. I even made a family unit once based on a friend I allowed to move into my home as a housemate and should have learned from the game. Life mimiced the game we fought nonstop until I had to kick him out for my safety and sanity. I used the base game to teach my autistic child how the way you behave causes others to react to you and helped her adjust to people at large. I had all the up grades and downloads. I miss the item creator program. I recently started replaying now I have SIMS 3 and only started it when they quit making expansion packs and started making SIMS4 and wont go to 4 until I see how extensive it is and how much they change it. That is why I never played SIMS 2.
