Hello, I'm Karen. Thanks for visiting my page. I have been playing Sims since the original game. I have moved 9 times around the USA and built/re-furbished/re-decorated every home. I have lived in a variety of style homes from Cape Cod to Tudor to Adobe. This game allows me to utilize my decorating/building talents without moving again! My style decorating is eclectic--I like to mix styles since that is what I do in real life.
My homes are very easily managed size wise & I pay special attention to ease of play in my designs. I spend a lot of time tweaking my builds, play testing, upgrading all the appliances, fireplaces, sinks, computers & toilets so that you can get the maximum amount of enjoyment from my homes. I take very seriously the responsibility to make sure my exchange items/builds/Sims are SAFE. I do not play with any CC so there is NO CC or CAP in my game. I LOVE some of the best CAP creator's work --see my list of favorites if you are interested in these patterns. I just choose not to use any right now because it makes it easier when I upload my builds.
