Charlue was a young teenage girl who needed a loving family. Her mum was a cook who never came home and her dad and brother just sat and watched TV all day. Charlue needed a family that understood her, but she was too scared to tell her brother and dad. One day, she ran away from home to the Sims Orphanage and said that her mum and dad sent her there. She's an evil genius and won't stop looking until she finds a family that will help her with her plans.
