I am definatly a builder in Sims 3. I have designed countless homes and households and I even am someone who watches designing videos on youtube for ideas. I also love designing furniture and clothing that you can see in my studio. Currently I have taken on a huge project in Sims 3 where I am renovating all the homes and creating new community lots in Sunset Valley and then creating new families to go with them. Basically I am creating a new town and I would love to hear any ideas you guys have for it that you would like to share.
