These are great people and their places have several other users who I know for a fact has more knowledge about some Sims 3 issues than I do. They also know about severe/minor mod issues, since NI is a place where some are available in general. I sincerely hope all your problems are solved one way or another :) I have too much patience myself to get really, incredibly frustrated with the game when something bad occurs.
