I have an all-consuming obsession with theoretical physics. It is my wish that I am soon a string cosmologist, one who applies the equations of M-theory to the principles of astronomy and cosmology to find the secrets of the origin of the universe. I am a also a musician. I play the organ, keyboard, harmonica, zither, double bass, guitar, and violin in addition to singing. I enjoy baroque classical music, and also trip-hop, jazz, rap, traditional eastern music, punk, reggae, ska, Motown, disco, swing, folk, indie-folk, 80's pop, R&B, Michael Jackson (who is of course, his own genre), and most other things out there, except for current bubblegum pop, country, and screaming, tearing-sheet metal rock bands.
I am a Theravadin Buddhist, and I place a huge emphasis on metta, or "loving-kindness". It is my dearest wish that some day the world will cease to tear itself, and humans will finally see that war, and hatred, and descrimination serve no other purpose than to cause pain to everybody involved, directly or indirectly. If humankind could find compassion for itself, and equality among all, we could come so far. War causes advancement to turn backward, hatred causes hatred, which causes suffering, and samsara.
I live at school, crouched in my locker, gnawing on used math homework.
mmmm. I like math...
