I'm 35, and love playing Sims 3. When I get tired of playing, I spend some time in CAS or build houses. Take a look in my studio and please recommend of you see something you like!
Most of my sims contain custom content, and some clothes and some hair will download with the sim. I can assure there is no bad cc that will mess upp your game though (I'm trying hard to keep my game clean and control everything)!
