Hi! I'm MauiBoy26. Duh! I am a Californian, and some of you may know me as i3an, from my blog. I LOVE the Sims franchise, and I also love building and making movies! By the way, ALL of my houses come FURNISHED, meaning they have wallpaper, flooring, and furniture already in them. So, if you're not a person who enjoys that, then go to someone else. But if you do enjoy, then download away! But, if you guys REALLY want me too (in other words, email me with a request to do an unfurnished home) then I quite possibly might. Also, I DO do house requests, so send me an email about a house idea, and in a couple days - who knows? - you might see it in the Exchange. I also do Sim requests, so it's the same basic idea: email me with your idea, and you'll see it in the Exchange.
