I really love playing the sims 3 because it's like escaping to a world which I can create whatever I think is pretty.

Well, most of my stuff are using the mod package files from the below mod sources. You might not get the expected result running the downloaded files without the mod files from below sites or blogs.
Oh, and my thanks to all modders who create those awesome CCs that improve our gaming experience so much.
