I love Sims and play quite a bit. I'm trying to build my friend-base in order to network and use the social aspects of the game.
I love to create houses that are affordable and can be used by Sims with little money at the beginning of a game. Also, I like to challenge myself by using only the base game, and use Create A Style to freshen things up.
I also try to put a basement in every home, as they offer a lot of storage and are relatively cheap to build.
I'm definately not an expert, but I would like feedback. I want to keep everything very affordable, so I don't want to put any lavish items in my homes.
