I love creating new sim houses and sims and I provide homes that are Attractive, Practical, and Functional. Yes, elaborate sim homes are amazing with their 5 stories and 20 rooms but how practical are they? For me..it slows up my computer...and my sims can not make it to their carpool pick up or take a whole day to get to one area. How much space does your sim really need?
